Return Policy Refund & Replacement Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. Our store is not required to accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received by the customer. We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or spoiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit. We are not required to accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: Buy Perfume Store will not be held liable to any lost or mis-route parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses, otherwise the package will not be delivered. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake. All customers must provide their phone number. 

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:

All returns must be made within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, we will be unable to offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the item is received at the warehouse, we will isse your refund however you need to understand that shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made before the dispatch of your parcel (often within 24 hours of order placement). Call or WhatsApp us and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders after their dispatch because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Call or WhatsApp us stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. Buy Perfume Store reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through WhatsApp or by submitting a contact form on our website.
